The Teddy Tin Guarantee

Teddy Friends provides a lifetime guarantee on all of our darling teddy's. If for whatever reason your Teddy needs repairing please send it back to Teddy Friends for mending. If Teddy Friends determines that your Teddy cannot be repaired we will replace your Teddy absolutely FREE.

When sending your teddy please provide Teddy Tin the following information:
Approximate date of purchase
Owner's first name
Teddy's first name
First name of person who purchased the Teddy Tin and state they are located in.

If you have received a teddy and are not happy with your purchase, in order to receive a refund you MUST return your complete package to headquarters at:

You will not be reimbursed for applicable shipping charges ($8.95 standard, $22.95 overnight) and personlized t-shirt ($2.50).
